Our in-house machine park
Milling:
  • Haas VF2SS, superspeed machining center with 5 axis cradle TR210, max travel 762x406mm
  • Maho 900C, 4 axis milling machine, work travel 1000x500x650mm. Round table and open ends allow for machining of oevrsized parts, the larges part made so far was 2000x600mm.
  • Maho 700C, 3 axis milling machine with 4th axis digial readout 700x450x500mm
  • Maho 600E, 3 axis milling machine with tool changer, 600x400x400mm
  • Maho 500C, 4 axis 500x400x300mm
  • Maho 500E2, 4 axis with tool changer, 500x400x350mm

Turning:

EDM Electrical Errosion:

Part Marking and Inspection


For part marking we use following equippment:

For CMM inspection we use:
